​Hi Dave! We received your letter recently asking for feedback regarding our recent window installation. Boy do I have a lot to say! Ray and I had 17 windows replaced by your company in September 2011. Not only did you have the best price but you were the easiest to deal with. We had received quite a few quotes before we met with you. Most were from big name companies. I was completely frustrated by the process and felt like I wasted hours of my day with every appointment. They were unreasonably priced and did not seem very interested in even having my business when I didn't sign with them that very minute. Then you came along and changed all of that. You were straight forward and to the point with all of the information. You listened to what was important to us and customized the estimate to meet our needs. You were not pushy or overbearing. You had the best price, best warranty offer and you offered us the quickest installation possible. You seemed to truly want and value our business. Then it came to the actual installation. Everything you had promised came true. We were called by the installer when you said he would call. They arrived bright, early and on-time the day of installation. They were friendly and hard working. There was no mess for us to come home to. On the second day they were done before lunch and the windows look amazing. We have received more compliments on those windows than I can count and our gas bills were dramatically lower. I would send you pictures but the siding is still so pink and ugly that It wouldn't be helpful to include them on your website. We don't have one negative thing to say about the entire process, start to finish. We would recommend your company to anyone.
